Hi Rob, The hard reset worked. I was able to synch in the cradle. However,
when I try to sync wirelessly, Tosh says "network connections disabled on
this computer" ? I then restore from the backup and can no longer synch.
Wirelessly gives me the same network connections disabled message., and in
the cradle, the little spinning icon spins for less than a second,
"connecting" flashes on the pc screen, and the network connection box pops
up again on tosh with the same network connections disabled on this computer
message, even though I'm in the cradle. HELP
