Hi Andrew,

When the Files information type is selected (In ActiveSync->Tools->Options)
for synchronization, ActiveSync synchronizes all of the files you place in
the synchronized file folder. This folder is created on your Desktop
computer when you select the Files information type for synchronization. A
shortcut to the folder is also placed on your desktop. This folder will
synchronize only with the "My Documents" folder in your Pocket PC.

On your desktop this folder can be found under:

C:\My Documents\<<Device Name >>

or

C:\Documents and Settings\<<user
name>>\My Documents\<<Device Name>>

Once you have identified the correct folder, you could move all the items
out and then try synchronizing.

If not successful, then disconnect your device and rename the My Documents
folder on your PPC to "My Documents Old" (Tap and hold the stylus on the
folder and tap rename) and then attempt to synchronize. ActiveSync will
create a new My Documents folder on your PPC for sync purpose. Then you
could move and sync one file/folder at a time from the renamed folder to
isolate the cause via the PPC itself. Note that the Templates folder cannot
be moved.

Once you have identified the file, you will need to delete it or keep it in
a folder other then the My Documents folder. Next disconnect the PPC and
then move back all the files to the "My Documents old" folder and delete the
new one. Rename the old folder to My Documents again and try to sync again.

I hope this information is clear and helps you solve the problem.
