Hi Mike,

Try a soft reset first. Or else delete and recreate the partnership ---

1. Disconnect the PPC from the computer.
2. In Activesync -> File -> Delete Partnership. If you have files in the
synchronization folder that have not been synchronized with the PPC, then
when prompted for "Would you like to delete the synchronization folder,
click "No". If the files are available on the PPC, then they will
synchronize back to the new sync folder upon creation of a new partnership.
3. Connect the device and follow the onscreen instructions to setup a new
     partnership.

During the sync process ActiveSync compares the information using something
called as store ids. This might have got corrupted for some reason.
Recreating the partnership will help map the information once again. I hope
it helps solve your problem.
