The thing is, I've done that. I've done what you just suggested at least 3
times. I've deleted the profiles, uninstalled both Outlook and ActiveSync,
and then started from scratch...several times.
The problem has got to be Outlook. The error messages are being generated
from Outlook. I tried syncing another PDA (a friend's Casio Cassiopeia) last
night, and I received the same two error messages in the same exact way.
Do I need to update Windows or something? Is there some glitch there? I
mean, how can a software program seemingly install perfectly fine and
consistently fail like this?
