Hello Todd,

The 4th option you are looking for is not available in ActiveSync. The
Combine option is the closest you can get. A work around would be to move
all your content in Outlook (laptop) to a seperate folder and leave the
default folders (Contacts, Calendar, etc...) empty. When you establish the
partnership, when you select Combine, all the data on your PPC will reflect
into your desktop. If this is not a suitable option, then you could
consider using the Combine feature and if duplicates are created remove it
using a third party tool. For more information visit ---
