Configure ActiveSync Programatically?

Is there a way to configure ActiveSync programatically? I don't mind if the
user has to plug the PDA in, then go through the initial process where they
select the programs they want to sync with (unless I can create that from a
program too, then all they have to do is Cancel out of their configuration
session, then run the custom config program). I don't want the user to have
to configure a syncronization link with an Access database. We are syncing
10 tables out of 40-50 tables and I think that configuration process can get
a little confusing and tedious. Any thoughts or suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks.
