Hello Jeff,

As it is evident, MMIS is not longer available ---

http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/evaluation/previous/miserver/

I am not sure if it is gonna help but try posting your query in the
following forum ---

microsoft.public.exchange.mobility

Some other alternatives to get your Exchange 2000 mails to the PPC are:

* Configure Outlook on your desktop computer to synchronize with Exchange.
Then synchronize your PPC with your computer using ActiveSync.

* Access your email via Outlook Web Access (OWA), which is a web-page
service provided by Exchange 2000. The Pocket Internet Explorer of the
   PPC can view this page.

I believe this is the best you will be able to do without Microsoft Mobile
Information Server.
