    Hi Ross,

    Have you selected Inbox as an item to be synchronized with the PPC ?

    1. Open Activesync on your desktop PC.
    2. Click Tools- > Options.
    3. Ensure Inbox is checked.

    In addition, if you note, the Activesync will allow you to synchronize
    either with the desktop or with the server... not both... ensure you have
    not selected the enable synchronization with server that appears on the same
    dialog below the list of items to be synchronized since you are
    synchronizing your PPC with Outlook.
