Hi,
I'm using activesync 3.7.1 to sync my ipaq 3950 to my laptop via usb
under XP Home. Syncing is very slow (as many people have already
posted about), even when I don't have to sync big files, and I'm
wondering if there's any way I could make it faster?
Any suggestions welcome -
Note: My new laptop has USB2 ports but syncing is just as slow as with
my previous laptop's usb1 ports. I understand there's no way to make
AS faster with a usb2 port than with a USB1 port because the data rate
of AS is actually that of a serial port. Could anyone confirm/explain
this?
When replying, I'd much appreciate that you may please put my address
(P_Y_Rolland@yahoo.com) in cc, makes things easier for me.
Cheers,
Pierre-Yves
