    New iPaq and Hp pocket PC companion CD. lauched install
    of ActiveSync 3.7, files were copied then it hung up.
    never completed, never saw install shield start up.
    Downloaded 3.7.1 from MS site. Same results. Upon shuting
    down XP Pro Install shield started but quit because XP
    was shuting down. This product is flawed Microsoft needs
    to come to our aid without cost to us.
