I just purchased an AXIM Dell and in the installation
process it will not recognize by USB port, hence I cannot
install the application.

Looking in the help database it refers to version 3.6
upgrading from 3.x --- my version in 3.7 and in anycase I
am unable to get to any where that applow me to enable USB.

Am once-again exasperated with a Microsoft product. any
help extremely appreciated!
