Activesync Contacts with Pictures in Notes

Hey everyone!
Does anyone know how I can get my contacts to sync up WITH the BMP maps that
are in their notes field in OL2K3?

One more piece of data on this issue, I still have my old WinMo 5 device so I plugged it in and was able to create a partnership and sync all of the calendar and contact items that for some reason fail when syncing to my WinMo 6 device. ...
