Schedule POP3 Syn'ing?

I have multiple email accounts setup on my XDA2.

My primary account (ActiveSync) is MMIS, and I have this set to sync every 5
minutes during the working day.

For my personal (POP3) eMail account, I know that you can set this to sync
every x minutes too - however, is it possible to specify the times of day
like on the main Activesync account?

If not, are there any programs that allow this?

Many thanks!

Regards,
Derek
