Ignore what Explorer says - it will always say that, regardless of the
name. What matters is what the ActiveSync Manager window says (the one
that displays sync status and allows you to add/remove programs,
backups, change communications settings, etc.)
For Access, go to Tools -> Options in ActiveSync, enable Access sync,
then synchronize and go into Tools -> Options, highlight ActiveSync
and click on Settings. You can then add in Access databases for
synchronization.

You can only synchronize one Pocket PC at a time with ActiveSync.
