Try running ScanPST (see
http://www.slipstick.com/problems/scanpst.htm). If that fails, try the
steps outlined in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;q305544
(ignore the symptoms and cause - just follow the solution).
