Check your settings under Tools -> Options, highlight Tasks, then
click on Settings.

Is there any similarity between the tasks that aren't being
synchronized? Have you checked to ensure you aren't filtering them by
category (Tools -> Categories in Tasks - ensure that all the
checkboxes are blank)?
