How big is that .pst file? Is it in the older ansi format (Personal Folders 97-2002) or the new unicode format (Personal Folders)?

| emails or old contacts. So there is nothing I can copy. I am using a
| fresh pst file with no contacts or old emails that I need for work
| (but at least I can download new emails). I cant even import my older
| archived emails because I get a message that this profile is already
| in use (that's also what I cant figure out).
