installs itself automatically after removal. If you would I think I

It won't if you don't let it. Change your automatic update settings so that
updates don't install automatically.

Don't think so. Stop automatic updates and apply all other updates
manually while this gets fixed? Will it? Just this week critical
security patches. Any other advice?
