I've installed MS Outlook. My first effort was to set it up with my
exchange server. When I try to open it I keep getting an error message
saying
"The connection to the Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook
must be online or connected to complete this action."
At the same time I get an additional configuring outlook message saying
"Configuring Outlook Accounts, creating Welcome Message.
When I click OK I get the Microsoft Exchange Server box to enter the
exchange server and mailbox. When I click ok I get another error message
saying
"Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The information store could
not be opened."
When I click ok again MS Outlook exits and ends.
This has happened no matter what I do. It¹s like groundhog day. I tried
uninstalling and re-installing Outlook several time but I keep getting stuck
in this trap.
Anybody??
Thanks,

Is your Exchange Server online? The information store working or
corrupt? Is your account disable from sending or recieving? Other
people having the problem? I have people get this if they are not on
our network. Once someone accidently connected to another wireless
signal inthe area instead of ours and this happened. If all else
fails, remove yourself from the domain and add yourself into
WORKGROUP, restart, put yourself back in the domain, and restart
again.
