Youre kind of an idiot smart ass arent you? Did you read my reply??? I
told you that I followed your advice. I attempted to do the REPAIR OPTION
but TO NO AVAIL. I continue to receive error messages.
If anyone ELSE other than MILLY STAPLES can help me, I would appreciate it.
She seems to have an anal obstruction which seems to impair her ability to
dispense advice.

Did I say anything about uninstalling Outlook? I said to use the repair
option. What happens if you go back and try it again, this time following
the directions I posted?

After furious head scratching, The Inquirer asked:

| I followed your advice but I received a message that said,
| "installation ended prematurely because of an error" and then it says
| "fatal error during installation". All of my other office
| applications work fine. I designated the repair to uninstall Outlook
| only but I receive the same message. Should I remove office from my
| computer and reinstall? What will happen to all of my office files
| while doing so? Please help. I need a resolution. I use my
| applications for work. Thank you

| Go to Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs and select Microsoft Office
| (version) 2003. Click on Change. On the next screen, select repair.
| Ensure you have your Office 2003 disk handy.
