Do you mean by "Outlook mails" the mail that you've downloaded from a mail server and that now resides on your local PC? Without a tool like VNC, pcAnywhere or GoToMyPC, there's no way to do it. If, however, you leave the mail on the server, you can probably access from any PC in the world that has a web browser, if your ISP has a web mail interface (and most do).
