Not able to see the reply received from Lotus notes

Hi,
Our one of the client is using lotus notes as mail server and we are
facing problme that some times we are not able to view replies in
Outlook 2003. All I see is my original message that is being replied
to. i am able to see the reply in Outlook Express but not in
Microsoft outlook 2003.
Once again i would like to inform that these problem occurs not in
every reply mail.

Any idea about these error ?
