I use Microsoft Outlook Web Access to access my office e-mail. Unfortunately
, I lost the ability to forward or reply to e-mail messages.
I have tried disabling every type of pop-up blocker that I have. I have gone
into the Tools --> Options --> Security --> Custom Level and disabled Pop-Up
Blocker. I also have the Google Tool Bar installed, and have indicated 'site
pop-up's allowed'. I have no problem composing and sending a new e-mail
message, just can't reply or forward anything.
I am using Internet Explorer version 6 SP2
Any ideas?
First, I would contact your Exchange admin to make sure that it's only you having problems and to see if they have any suggestions.
Second, I would post to the microsoft.public.exchange.clients newsgroup, as OWA is part of Exchange, not Outlook. If you have to go that route, I'd add information like what exactly happens. In other words, while I'm going to guess that the window doesn't open, since you talk about pop-up blockers, that isn't entirely clear that that is what the problem actually is.
