I can't seem to synch my Outlook 2003 contacts & calendar with my motorola Q
smartphone. Is this a function 2003 can do, or do I have to upgrade to 07?

2003 Can and does sync... There are many settings that have to be
correct. If you are using a server than you may need permission by
your company to have it on the server. If the company never has used
Windows Mobile devices than certain ports need to be established open
before it will work.

1) Are you using 2003 with a Server?
2) Are you using Gmail or Yahoo with Outlook?
3) Do you have the correct ActiveSync?
4) Did you set it up on the device or your Laptop or Desktop first?

Thanks,

Mike
