oddity with printing HTML e-mails

i have a user who, when he prints a particular HTML e-mail that
should
print out on multiple pages, the e-mail gets shrinked to fit on one
page. i consider myself pretty knowledgeable with outlook but i am
stumped by this one.

some info for you:
outlook 2003, sp2
ms xp sp2
i have checked print settings and various setup options in outlook
and
all seem to be properly configured. the computer in question is
shared
by multiple users, but this problem only occurs with one user in
particular.

any help that goes towards the resolution of this problem will be
greatly appreciated.
