Re: E-Mail msgs from others are bounced unless I send first.

Hi again,

Responding to the points below...
1. 2 instances where I went onsite and checked the e-mail addresses myself.
They were sent properly.
2. Not using earthlink.
3. I received a couple of your e-mails that those of you were kind enough
to send at my request.
In summary, I think I'll have to sit on the problem until it crops up again
and capture the explicit message that the sender receives when he/she tries
to send to me
Thanks again
Rich

If someone else sends an e-mail without first receiving one from me,
their
message is not delivered to me. They receive can't deliver message and
if
I find out and send them an e-mail and they reply, we are OK from that
point
on.

Can you give the exact message that they are receiving? Redact out the
email addresses, but, I highly doubt Outlook has anything to do with the
problem.

Here's some more info on my problem. Also, first attempt on this list.
Many thanks...

Well, actually, this isn't a list. It's a newsgroup.

The problem doesn't happen with all senders. I discovered the problem
when
I sent a response on a website from that website (sent them an e-mail from
their site). They received unsendable but I don't know the exact message.
They've deleted the message. I checked the spelling from their end on
site
and they had my address correct.

If they deleted the message, I wouldn't be entirely sure they had it right.

The other thing is about not being outlook. I kind of agree but it only
started happening when I upgraded to Office 2007.

Coincidences are far more common than people like to think. Terry Pratchett
said it best when he wrote 'Everyone knows that one in a million chances
happen nine times out of ten.' Which admittedly doesn't have anything to do
with coincidence, but it's something to think about anyways.

Would you guys try sending
me an e-mail? captainrich1@xxxxxxxxxxxxx and create it new. But probably
somehting to do with websites, huh?

I'll try, but no, I'd wager it has to do with a typo'd email address, sorry
to say. That's the primary reason why email bounces.
