| Thanks, will do. I was hoping there was a way to utilize the
| convenience of Plan a Meeting to view multiple calendars, make a
| "meeting," and remove myself as a required or optional attendee. Your
| answer tells me that not possible -- that I have to go the delegate
| route. I assume, too, that there are no add-ons to do the job

||
||| I want to use Outlook to schedule meetings for colleagues who do job
||| interviews (sometimes one, some both sit in on the interviews). I'm
||| seldom a participant -- usually just do the calendaring for them. Is
||| there a way to use "Plan a Meeting" to put a meeting on the
||| co-worker(s)' calendar(s) without it being on my calendar.
||| Actions|Plan a Meeting helps me view multiple calendars to see who's
||| available, but I don't see a way to remove myself (the organizer) as
||| a particpant. Would I need to access individual co-worker calendars
||| via Delegate authority? Is there a different or better way to handle
||| this?
|||
||| Thanks
