Pardon me for butting in, but, 'You might want to Google the meaning of the
titles' doesn't jibe with suggesting someone else should have humility,
unless there's a definition of humility that I don't know. In fact, I think
part of humility is not gracing everything you do with your credentials,
regardless of how hard-earned they were, especially in an environment where
they aren't applicable. For instance, I'm pretty sure I know what an MD is.
But what does that matter when it comes to Outlook?

You don't need humility to tell someone they should be humble, just a
good dose of hypocrisy. Generally speaking, people see in others the
traits they lack in themselves. Doesn't make the statement less true,
just decreases the likelihood of the other person listening, after all
they have a great excuse! At least, that's what they tell themselves.
