Outlook window flickers and jumps

Outlook 2003 flickers and is jumpy, especially the Inbox window. It happens
most all the time, when no mail is being transmitted or anything else going
on. This is on a new Dell notebook with Win XP, Intel integrated video
driver, Core Duo processor and with everything updated, to my knowledge.

Any help or comments would be much appreciated.
