I have Verizon DSL. I've created an email account and followed all
the steps to set up this account. I would like to use Outlook 2003
for my email rather than go to the 'net to use the account.
I have checked that I set up everything correctly. I can send email
with Outlook with no problem, but the only way I seem able to receive
email is to go to the Internet and sign on with Verizon.
Any suggestions? I'd appreciate any help.

What are the steps Verizon told you to use?
