Hello all,
I noticed something strange this morning in Outlook when sending an
email to a co-worker. We use Exchange and when I typed in their
username into the "To" field, they showed up as an option and someone
not even close to their username showed up.
My question is, does this mean their email is being copied or forwared
to this other user?
No, it just means that autocomplete thinks there might be a match. When the
erroneous address pops up as a suggestion, use your keyboard arrow keys to
highlight it, and then press DEL.
