I'm not done, yet with the treatment, but I can't download anymore email, here is my error message.
Task 'mail.comcast.net - Receiving' reported error (0x8004060C) : 'The message store has reached its maximum size. To reduce the amount of data in this message store, select some items that you no longer need, and permanently (SHIFT + DEL) delete them.'

What makes you think you "ran out of room"? Outlook 2003's Unicode Personal Folders file is capable of holding more data than the entire size of your hard drive.
