I have already reinstalled Outlook 2003 two times, and I have checked my

I DO get an error message as follows:

Any help is appriciated.

I have been having the same problem after upgrading to Office (and
therefore Outlook 2003) today. Can send okay, can't receive. Checked
I have pop3 and smtp server stuff okay, and it is. Password and
username okay.

What next?! :o)
