After furious head scratching, Bob asked:

| I used to get an option that allows me to turn on my hyperlinks or
| download pictures in emails I get. Now I don't get that option.
| When I click on a hyperlink, I get the following message:
|
| "The operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
| computer. Please contact your administrator"
|
| This is my home computer. I don't know what got changed and I can't
| find where to fix it. Can anyone help?
|
| Thanks
| Bob
