The mail server restricts the message size limitation.

Note that a 1.0MB file attachment will increase to 1.3MB, not account for
the message content and header information. UUencode adds an average of 33%
of file sizes.

What is the size limit of an attachment that Outlook 2003 can email?
Is this a constraint of Outlook or only my DSL or eMail provider?
