Outlook XP Auto-shutdown Error

I got a notebook running Microsoft Office XP. The outlook got an error
as it auto shutdown quite often. I have tried so many times to open it
then press "Send & Receive" and finally close it.

There are 50% the outlook with auto shutdown when i press "Send &
Receive".

Anyone can guide me to solve this problem?
