I had this problem also...took me forever to find the problem. but I
finally went to verizon central
http://netservices.verizon.net/portal/site/msa/
log into the sight
click on "email and more", go to "options (on left) then click "block
senders", if you go to the block sender list. yahoo.com is probably there
just delete it. Then you should be able to get yahoo mail..good luck
