It's been years since I did this if some one could take me thru the
steps to out look express set up. I used all the setting my isp gave
me. but I get a error no port connect. HELP!

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'cebridge.net',
Server: 'cebridge.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Naturally I'd expect that you'd see this message. There is no server at "cebridge.net". Their POP mail server is at "mail.cebridge.net", which also happens to be the name of their SMTP server.
