Printing Sent and Replied to Messages

I have a user that cannot print any Sent or Replied to messages it
seems, but randomly one that is sent to them is printable. Seems to be
only happening to the one user and no one else is having the problem.
The user is using Windows XP Pro, and Outlook 2003.
