Outlook 2003 does not show Exchange 5.5 sites

We are using Outlook 2003 connecting to exchange 5.5 sp4 server some of the
clients do not show the Exchange 5.5 sites in GAL. All addresses are there
but no listing of each site. We have 50+ exchange 5.5 sites. Any ideas on
what the cause is and how to resolve
