The autocomplete cache is stored in a file named <your mail profile>.nk2, not in the registry. The format of that file is undocumented, although at least one vendor seems to have cracked it -- http://www.ingressor.com/. Their product offers an import feature if it's worth enough to you to pay for immediate gratification instead of waiting for Outlook to populate the list as you send mail.
