Your passwords may not be synced with the local password. Are you directly
connected to the network or using VPN. I would connect to the network and
then change your password. This will change it on the network and the local
system. If this was already done and still being prompted check the Outlook
setup to make sure it is not setup to prompt for password unless of course
multiple people use Outlook on that system and then it would need to prompt
for a password.
