Signature appears in new mail opened from template

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance


When I open a new mail from a form/template, my signature goes in AGAIN.
It wasn't doing this before I had to reinstall MS Office 2003.

Can anyone help on turning off signatures appearing in new mails
created from a template?
