Tech Tip: Click here to run a free scan for Windows Errors and optimize PC performance

Hello,
I have Outlook 2000 running on three networked computers. Two of the
computers have W2000, and one has XP.

My problem is on the XP computer. Whenever Outlook checks for messages, I
click Send/Receive, or send an email, Outlook asks for a user ID and
password.

I set the properties up identically on all three computers and have double
checked them. Now I may have missed something, but if I didn't, does
anyone know what might be causing this and how to fix?

thanks a lot.
Jerry
