Never import an existing PST. It can on occasion corrupt your PST, giving you duplicates of the same PST in the Navigation Pane, neither of which you can close.

You appear to have a corrupt mail profile and you can create a new one in Control Panel's Mail applet. Click Show Profiles>Add. Use the Data Files button to point to your existing PST. Use the Email Accounts botton to readd your accounts.
