Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance



Try checking the properties of the following files:

outlook.srs, outlook.dat and views.dat.
These files are located in:

c:\document & settings\<Username>\application data\microsoft\outlook

see if those files are set to read-only and, if they are, remove the
read-only attribute. Post back on the outcome.
