Rule Related Q....

I want to set a rule as follows.
When I get an email from a person of interest viz xxx@xxxxxxx, I want to
send one email to my yahoo email Id stating that 'm' from 'xxx'.
How to do that? I can see the rule to farward the email message and not sure
on how to send email as like notification. Is it possible to set the above
rule?
I am using Microsoft outlook 2002.
