Thank you so much Andreas...now if you'll please elaborate for a person that
knows just enough to be dangerous:
Does "Mark this key SECURITY | PERMISSIONS | ADVANCED" mean I right click
"Protected Storage System Provider" and choose new/key and then name it
security and then make 2 folders (keys) below that named permissions and
advanced"?
