it's easiest to create a new profile - otherwise you need to search the
messaging subsystem key in the registry and delete the keys that have values
that reference those pst's. If you screw up, you'll definitely need a new
profile. :)
The keys are under your profile at
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows
Messaging Subsystem\Profiles
