Pretty sure it's SP-3. That's what it says in the "Help About". Since I down
loaded the updates I ran detect and repair twice (once was accidental) but
seems that SP-3 stayed in place.
I wonder if it might be conflicting with firewall. I use zone alarm pro
which like most stuff, updates automatically - I don't know when the last
time was but version is 5.5.062.011.
Maybe zone alarm is blocking access to internet of a component of outlook,
which upsets outlook and it shuts down in a bad temper.
